Helps participants ability to read, consume, write, and create. It builds on two core elements
of media and technical literacy. Through Media expression individuals gain the ability to
know how to:
● Be wise to consumers and critically analyze media in all its forms in a variety of contexts.
● Be deliberate message contributors to use various media to share opinions and
perspectives in constructive and creative ways.
