behavioral impacts. This addresses the root causes of the harm, supports accountability and
promotes healing
Participants will participate in community building practices such as,
“Group Circle” the use of social emotional skills and practice to build relationships, create
shared values and guidelines, and promote restorative conversations. Non-punitive response
harm circles, mediation, or family-group conferencing to respond to issues in a restorative
manner.
A multisystemic 12-week comprehensive integrated approach, that treats the whole participant with
a focus around his/her Trauma
Goals are for participants to.
Is to touch on some symptoms and possibilities of trauma, create realizations and provide
coping methods which will help people to go forward and perhaps to consider the possible
need for medications and therapy.
Also to help participants recognize that other people have the similar issues, that no shame is
connected to them, and that mental health issues of any degree are not to be stigmatized nor
should anyone feel like victims to stereotyping.

  1. Realize they are not alone facing tears, feelings and challenges
  2. Reintegrate, as changed people, into their families and life.
  3. Deal with trauma, stress, depression, guilt and grief constructively
  4. Overcome anger and resentment
  5. Preventor begin recovering from substance abuse
  6. Handle relationship issues constructively
  7. Rebound and rehabilitate emotionally, physically, vocationally, and spiritually
  8. Cope, using cognitive, creative, expressive, altruistic and other modes
